The service is provided by Sylego LLC, 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. By using it, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review these terms and approve any purchase.
Educational service
TopperCrew is an independent practice product, not an official publication of NTA, UPSC, any board, university or exam authority. The archive includes public exam content, reconstructed papers, community or provisional keys and practice sets; each is labelled where known. Errors and omissions are possible. Always check the conducting body's current syllabus, notice and official key. We do not guarantee admission, rank, score or exam outcome.
Permitted use
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for study. Do not scrape or bulk-download the bank, resell access, bypass access controls, attack the service, upload malicious content, impersonate someone, or use it unlawfully. Your own exported attempt data remains yours.
Plus subscriptions
Plan price, trial length and renewal interval are shown before purchase and again on Stripe. After the trial, the selected amount renews every 3, 6 or 12 months until cancelled. Eligible payment methods depend on Stripe, your bank and your account. Cancel from Profile or Stripe's billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and paid access normally continues through the current period.
Refunds
Our voluntary 7-calendar-day full-refund policy is set out in the Refund Policy. It does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Availability and changes
We work to keep TopperCrew available and accurate but may maintain, repair, change or discontinue features. We will not intentionally remove access to a paid core feature during its paid period without a reasonable replacement or appropriate remedy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TopperCrew is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, exam results, or decisions based on unofficial material. Our aggregate liability relating to Plus will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
